YUSHA (medicated soup)

Ingredients:

  • Green gram- 50g
  • Water- 100ml
  • Salt - 5 g
  • Pepper - a pinch
  • Anveshan Gir Cow Ghee - 15 ml
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds - 6 seeds
  • Curry leaves - as per taste
  • Lemon juice - a few drops

Method:

  • Cook the green gram and take out the water.
  • Add salt to the water.
  • Roast the pepper on a low flame and crush it. Add to the water.
  • Boil for 2-3 minutes. Season it with fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • Add lemon juice and serve hot.
